I never write journals, or post art. At least, I never have before. Obviously, I'm invalidating that first remark, and I'm considering the second part.

Originally, this was a ghost account that I use to spy (In a nice way! >_> Don't look at me like that! ) and generally browse DeviantArt. I never favorite, I don't watch people (usually), and rarely, if ever, comment. And I liked being anonymous. Still do. But it seems... rude to have such a blank page to show people when they track me down to leave a comment.

So here we go. A journal post. Maybe I'll draw something crappy for a contest and finally have a gallery.

Random thought: where does the phrase, "You can't have your cake and eat it too" come from? I originally believed that it came in the form of a sort of menmonic that underlines the fallacy of a double positive in the english language. Then I came across the opinion that its a different way of saying "You can't have it both ways". I asked a few teachers and friends, and they have as much a clue as I do (which is none). Where did it come from?
